No experience is needed to look trough eyepieces (like traditional microscopes)

BGA Inspection
The Inspectis BGA inspection systems allow for side view and measurement on solder joints of BGA, µBGA, FipChip, CSP, CGA and SMD components with built-in lighting. Three versions exist
- BGA Inspection for side-view only (provided with Inspectis Basics BGA software)
- BGA Inspection for side-view and top view (provided with Inspectis ProX BGA software)
- BGA Inspection for side-view only, hand operated (provided with Inspectis Basics BGA software)
